I thought it was time to look at some of the more interesting stuff going on in the world of FSU outside of Mascots retire, but stay active – San Bernardino, CA paper, The Sun, has an article today about a retiree that was the former Sammy Seminole. For those of you that don’t […]

In no particular order: I’m still sick of it – I was sick of hearing about FSU vs. the NCAA months ago. I’m still sick of hearing about it. Florida State has egg on their face. Can we move on now? Money well spent? – We couldn’t have put the legal fees defending this stupidity […]

Time to put this post into the hurry up: FSU Football continues to practice well from what I read and hear, but the injuries are starting to pile up. It seems to me that this continues to be a big problem for the Noles. I read a post about home field advantage not mattering in […]

When I arrived at Florida State University as a freshman in the fall of 1997, I’ll admit that I didn’t know the lay of the land and didn’t know much about the history of the school or of the Seminole Tribe. Thankfully, I learned much about FSU, and one of those stories was that of […]

From the Alumni Association email:   FLORIDA STATE RESPONDS TO NCAA SANCTIONS TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Florida State University officials said today that they are pleased that the National Collegiate Athletic Association’s Committee on Infractions accepted the findings of its investigative committee and acknowledged that nearly all of the penalties self-imposed by the university were appropriate. By NoleCC It’s the offseason, so my posting is lagging. Frankly, there isn’t a lot to report so I’ll send you to some of the more interesting articles out there. Evidently, Lorenzo Booker is the next Laveraneus Coles… President Bush honored the National Champion FSU Track Team in Washington, D.C. Mark Hallberg has left a […]

Don’t forget that the Seminole Volleyball team needs your support. The ladies are trying to get the season turned around, and a victory over GT would be a great way to continue reaching for that goal. Head over there for the 7pm matchup!

The Seminole Volleyball team continued a new Seminole Tradition of beating those BC Eagles, but notching the team’s first ACC victory of 2005 over Boston College, 30-24, 25-30, 30-25 and 30-28. Great job team!

Here’s a great Q&A with former Seminole Running Back Nick Maddox over at The Women’s Volleyball Team beat USF last night 3 games to 1. I had originally planned to be there to get photos, but couldn’t make it. I will get to a couple of them soon! The Women’s Soccer Team is ready […]
