I know, it’s tough. Anyone can go get a blog and start their own site with their own full control over content. So why should you, an avid Seminole fan write for this site, ScalpEm.com?

1. Revenue Sharing - Get a Google AdSense account, and 100% of the ads displayed on your articles will be from your account. Clicks on those ads pay you, not me. Granted, it might only be $0.08, but that’s just your motivation to get more people to read your articles I’m working on resurrecting this, we’ll see what I can do!

2. I have more control over this site, than you do on a hosted site like Wordpress.com (and I love Wordpress, that’s what I run for ScalpEm) or Blogger or whatever. Those are good, don’t get me wrong, but ScalpEm is hosted with a great company, and I can control all aspects of the site. So, if you want a ScalpEm.com email address… we can do that. If you need access to photos, you’ve got it. Etc. Etc. Etc.

3. If the idea is to get readership, then a consolidated effort from bloggers, here at ScalpEm will get more attention than a bunch of individual sites. It’s that whole united we stand divided we fall thing.

4. I want better coverage and more opinions. Nobody wants to hear just me yap about FSU. They want to hear people ripping me about FSU or agreeing with me and ripping someone else.

5. I can’t do this alone. Help me grow an FSU blog community and we’ll all reap the benefits.
