Jimbotron Confidence Meter

There’s a reason I’ve been asking you guys to vote in the latest Scalpoll. With the new FSU Football administration, I have a new gauge here on ScalpEm.com, the Jimbotron Confidence Meter. Jimbotron was inspired by a few things. First, I just think Jimbotron is a fun name. JIM BO TRON. Say it with me. It just rolls off the tongue. Second this idea is stolen inspired by Matthew Cerrone’s Fan Confidence Meter at Metsblog.com and the Dab-O-Meter over at Block-C.com.
Here are the rules:
- Outside of football season I’ll poll 1x per month.
- During football season the poll will run after each FSU Football game.
- Results of the poll are used in a complicated mathematical formula that is a secret.
- I create the current Jimbotron with Google Docs and post it here.
Right now Jimbo Fisher and the Florida State Football team are riding high heading into National Signing Day. It’s the dawn of a new administration, the dawn of a new era and HOPE is filling Seminoles hearts. But, where will that go? What happens if some recruits fall through? What if there are injuries at spring practice? What happens if there are player or coach issues over the summer? The Jimbotron will follow the heartbeat of FSU Fans and their feelings on the program.

Very cool! I hope Jimbo’s head stays high!
Me too! Although I wonder what we’ll consider high… above 70%? 80%? I wonder if it will ever dip below 50%… even at Bobby’s worst, the fans seemed to be split 50/50.
I have to work on a smaller version this week for the sidebar.
Scratch that… I forgot I can just resize the one I already put up… it’s Monday morning, forgive me.
