Vote to the left, and leave me your thoughts on whether or not these continued appeals and lawsuits are worth the money?

    Yes and not just for the 14 wins. Mainly b/c I think the NCAA is punishing the wrong people who had nothing to do with this. This was an academic structure problem. There has to be a better solution in handing out punishment by the NCAA in situations such as these when coaches had no involvement whatsoever. Personally I think this is the NCAA just pushing its weight around. They could not stand the idea that they would not add on anything on top of what FSU imposed upon themselves.

    Taking wins away is not that bad of a punishment, where Bowden not going after the all-time wins record. I think the lawsuit is worth the money.

    Are the appeals worth the money for football? NO. For track, probably. People still don’t understand that the penalties for football were a slap on the wrist, plain and simple. The future of the football program is not at all affected, and it could indirectly help us by making Bobby realize he isn’t catching Paterno. At a time when the income is sadly low for the athletic departments and University as a whole, the money needs to be put towards things that matter. (From a football perspective)
